- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Dealt with this office first time in 2007. The experience was a nightmare. More recently, now that I've retired, I went there for my appointment arranged over he phone and was more than impressed! My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Issues I overlooked were brought up by my interviewer and I walked out the door feeling great! Newly retired, my bank account received the deposit in 3 days! My Medicare ID was in my mail box within a week. I returned to resolve my son's benefit and that went as easily. My wife retires in two weeks. No longer fear "the big bad wolf."
